How it works - Visa by Mail

Travelvisa2go is the only Officially Authorized 🇷🇺Russian Visa Center by the Consulate General of Russian Federation to accept Visa Applications by mail from all states in Australia.

           Please prepare required documents according to the type of visa (including Visa Application Cover letter):

ATTENTION: When filling out electronic visa application form on website visa.kdmid.ru please choose the place of submission - Russian Visa Centre (Sydney).
 

Please make sure that your invitation is correct and your visa application is filled out according to your invitation and  passport. Please provide your mobile number and email in the visa application.

Pack all the documents in a mailing envelope including Visa Application, Passport and Cover letter. Documents for a family or group of applicants traveling  together should be sent in one package.

Once all correct documents are received, Travelvisa2go will email you the tax invoice. 

If the documents are in need of additional information, be corrected or explained, we will email you the request to do so. As soon as all necessary documents are checked and correct, your invoice will be sent to the nominated, by you, email address and must be paid before visa application lodgement commencement. Visa are issued accordingly to tourist voucher or any other visa invitations entry and exit dates.

Upon readiness, your visa/documents are shipped back by your preferred returned service delivery (fees apply) or in the self addressed envelope to your nominated delivery address per the Cover letter.

Nominated contact will receive notice when a visa is ready to be posted back to the nominated address per the cover letter once it has been picked up from the Consulate and updated in our system that it has been posted, the tracking number provided on the invoice will then activate up to 24hrs from lodgement to the post office or via nominated courier service pickup.
